2. Obtain information and think about possible courses of action or possible alternatives (select 3 or more from the list below (please select the choices you would actually do).
5. Evaluate the results (state the benefits you can see from each other the bullet points you chose).

- What school subject do you struggle the most and what are you going to do to make sure you get good grades?
2. Obtain information and think about possible courses of action or possible alternatives (select 3 or more from the list below (please select the choices you would actually do).
- Ask the teacher for help during lunch, before school, or after school
- Ask parents for help
- Ask Mr. Mendoza for help
- Available in the morning, lunch, and after school.
- Place all of your paperwork in a binder.
- Participate in class
- Pay attention in class
- Sit in front of class
- Keep your school supplies neatly organized in one place
- Use a planner or calendar app to stay organized.
- Get a study buddy
- Get into a homework routine
- Develop a relationship with the teacher
- Don’t be scared to ask for help
- Review your notes
- Manage your time
- Do homework before you do anything else when your get home
- In other words, write what you think would happen if you do not do each of the state things above. Write the responses for at least 7.

- Tell me a story about a time someone specific did something special for you and describe how it made you feel
